Why did you join the BLM crew? What drew you to the business?

I was in search of a graphic design position at a local marketing or design company. A graphic design position popped up for BLM, and what drew me to apply was the website theme. It's unique and fun, it accurately expresses what an upbeat, hardworking group you all are, and that you also have fun doing it!

What is your favorite part of coming to BLM everyday?

I get to do what I love with fun people who are also doing what they love.

What do you most enjoy about being on the BLM team?

How welcoming and helpful everyone is, there are so many pieces to the puzzle for what the company does for each client, and you can tell everyone is very much in it together. It's awesome to be a part of.

Who would you cast to play you in a movie about your life? What genre would it be?

Melissa McCarthy because her characters are always committed to whatever the situation is, with a funny spin. It would definitely be a silly comedy!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Why?

So while it's not your typical Marvel comic superpower, I'd want to be like "I Dream of Jeannie," I could just nod my head and *poof,* whatever I want done is done. *Poof* my house is clean, or *poof* a private jet. I could *poof* away so many problems for the world too.

What word would you add to the dictionary? What does it mean?

What was your favorite cartoon growing up?

My favorites were Goofy and Heathcliff when I was little, and Daria when I was a teenager.

How do they get the deer to cross at that yellow road sign?

The same way they get moose, ducks, and gators to I guess.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a cartoonist for Disney and also have my own comic strip in the Sunday newspaper.

Where can we find you when you aren’t at BLM?

I'm usually paddle boarding, snorkeling, doing artsy things, or house projects.

You're stuck in the woods for three days, do you survive?

Nope, but I wouldn't be in the woods anyway, there are way too many creepy crawly slithering things!

If you weren’t working for BLM, what would you be doing?

I'd be doing graphic design, either for a different company and/or freelancing.
