Why did you join the BLM crew? What drew you to the business?
As a foreigner, I’ve been wanting an opportunity to join a creative, modern and welcoming American business for a while and joining BLM just felt so right!
What is your favorite part of coming to BLM everyday?
Walking into a joyful environment where my ideas and thoughts for the business are welcome and actually listened to makes me feel really good in the mornings.
What do you most enjoy about being on the BLM team?
Being around a group of people who are super energetic and excited about making a difference in the market and helping out our clients, always making sure they are not only satisfied but happy with the work!
Who would you cast to play you in a movie about your life? What genre would it be?
The Brazilian actress Alice Braga. Probably a funny drama hahaha
If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Why?
I’d love to learn to ski someday. Yes, that would be like a superpower to me given my fear of heights!
What word would you add to the dictionary? What does it mean?
Hangry… I mean it’s just so accurate.
What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
Little Bear. Every now and then I still try to get kids into it.
How do they get the deer to cross at that yellow road sign?
I still have no idea why there are so many of them out there, let’s be honest they’re not the smartest beings.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A mermaid. It still upsets me that it can’t happen.
